The Actress Shares Honest Insights on Past Challenges, Family, and Moving Forward

Pamela Anderson has opened up about the current state of her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee, revealing that their once-frequent conversations have dwindled. In a candid discussion on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show Andy Cohen Live, the 57-year-old actress admitted, “I mean, we used to talk a lot more. Not recently, unfortunately, but you know, I wish we did have a better rapport right now.”

Anderson and Lee, 62, share two sons—Brandon, 28, and Dylan, 27—and have a history marked by a whirlwind romance, tumultuous moments, and an enduring public spotlight. Despite their ups and downs, Anderson remains hopeful about a brighter future: “My youngest son is engaged, and we’re gonna have grandkids together. It’ll be okay, eventually.”

A Love Story Turned Complicated

The pair’s love story began with a high-speed romance in 1995, leading to a marriage that would become one of the most infamous in Hollywood history. Their relationship was as passionate as it was volatile, with Lee’s jealousy often causing dramatic confrontations, including an infamous incident where he destroyed Anderson’s $1 million Baywatch trailer after learning of an on-screen kiss with co-star David Chokachi.

Chokachi, reflecting on the incident, shared with Fox News Digital, “I literally walked by her trailer and I heard, like, demolished … things shattering. He just was … extremely jealous.” The actor also noted the toll this behavior took on Anderson, saying, “You could tell she was nervous about it … the unease that was at home.”

Revisiting the Past

Over the years, Anderson has shared details of her tumultuous relationship with Lee in her memoir Love, Pamela and the Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story. She recounted moments of both love and conflict, including Lee’s attempts to spend time with her during filming by sneaking into her trailer—moments she now reflects on with mixed emotions.

Life Beyond Tommy Lee

After her divorce from Lee in 1998, Anderson moved on with several high-profile relationships. She married and later divorced Kid Rock, poker player Rick Salomon (twice), and bodyguard Dan Hayhurst. Meanwhile, Lee found lasting love with comedian Brittany Furlan, whom he married in 2019.

Despite the distance that has grown between them, Anderson remains optimistic about healing their relationship, particularly as they prepare to welcome the next generation into their lives.

Moving Forward with Hope

Anderson’s reflections on her past with Lee highlight the complexities of navigating love, family, and fame. As she continues to advocate for authenticity and personal growth, her story serves as a reminder that even in strained relationships, there’s always room for hope and reconciliation.
