A New Era of Bespoke Experiences for North American Clients in a Lavish Setting
Rolls-Royce has elevated the standard of luxury automotive service with the launch of its new ‘Private Office’ in New York City’s Meatpacking District. Spanning a lavish 6,000 square feet, this exquisite space features a terrace and stands as a testament to the brand’s commitment to bespoke luxury. The New York Private Office joins its counterparts in Shanghai and Dubai, signaling a growing demand for personalized automotive options among affluent clients.
The unveiling of the Private Office allows customers to book appointments where they will work intimately with a US-based designer and a dedicated client experience manager. These experts guide clients through a selection of custom fabrics, paints, leathers, and textiles, ensuring that each vehicle is a true reflection of the owner’s aspirations. This hands-on approach enables clients to immerse themselves in the creative process, culminating in a uniquely tailored Rolls-Royce.
North America plays a vital role in Rolls-Royce’s bespoke service offerings, with roughly one-third of the company’s revenue in the region derived from customizations. Notably, one in three Rolls-Royces sold in North America includes bespoke elements. Prior to the establishment of Private Offices in major cities, clients seeking ultimate customization were required to journey to Rolls-Royce’s headquarters in Goodwood, England. The New York location marks a significant step towards providing elite clients with greater accessibility and convenience.
Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce, emphasized the importance of the New York Private Office as a pivotal development for the brand in the Americas. He highlighted the investment in this exclusive space as a response to the increasing demand from North American clients, who continually challenge the brand’s designers to produce innovative and ambitious commissions.
As Rolls-Royce continues to expand its presence in the luxury automotive market, the introduction of the New York Private Office underscores the brand’s dedication to meeting the desires of its discerning clientele. With a fifth Private Office set to open in Seoul by the end of the year, Rolls-Royce is poised to redefine luxury car ordering on a global scale, ensuring that each vehicle is not just a mode of transportation but a personalized masterpiece.
